Payment is required at the time of service or discharge.

At the discretion of the attending veterinarian, a $200.00 – $500.00 deposit will be required on hospital cases and major surgeries.

Forms of acceptable payment include cash, check, and all major credit or debit cards. (VISA, MC, DISCOVER, AMEX.)

Care Credit will be available to clients who are approved.

Pet insurance holders must pay at the time of service or discharge. The attending veterinarian will complete necessary paperwork but the client will be responsible for filing the claim and obtaining his/her own reimbursement.

On admitting a hospital patient, the admitting veterinarian will give the client an estimate on the cost of care and options for alternative care. At this time, the veterinarian and the client will also discuss and agree to a method of payment including the deposit on major cases. Clients will be updated daily on the current charges and bill must be paid in full before discharge.
