🚘 Until further notice, we will continue to offer the option of a curbside check-in service.

How does this work? Upon your arrival to the clinic, we will ask you to call us at 985-876-7722. We will have a staff member meet you outside to fetch/return your pet from their scheduled appointment, service, groom, dental, or surgery.

  If your pet is presenting for an exam with one of our veterinarians AND you WISH to be present in the room, we will ask you to wait inside your vehicle until a staff member arrives outside. They will then direct you to an exam room that has been assigned to your pet. In efforts to limit foot traffic through the hospital, we are asking for your help; please limit 1 family member wearing a mask to accompany your pet in the hospital.

  Boarding update: At this point in time, we are accepting boarding reservations as usual. When dropping-off/picking-up your boarding pet, please call once you have arrived. Our staff members will fetch/return them to your vehicle.
